Physical Books & Special Editions

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

• If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact abe@jamerkel.com within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

Digital Purchases (eBooks, Downloads)

• All digital purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once delivered.

Preorders & Signed Editions

• Preorders and special edition orders are also final once submitted.
