Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase—so here’s how returns and refunds work in my shop.

No Refunds on Digital Goods

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Ebooks

  • Audiobooks

These are instant digital downloads and cannot be returned. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally buy a duplicate item (same title, same format) within 48 hours, email me and I’ll refund the duplicate—no worries.

📚 Refunds for Physical Goods

I don’t offer returns for change of mind. But if something arrives faulty, I’ve got your back.

Here’s how it works:

  • Contact me within 7 days of receiving the item (based on tracking).

  • Email abe@jamerkel.com with the subject line: "Returns"

  • Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.

If the product is confirmed faulty, you can choose:

  • A refund, or

  • A replacement item

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, but we do take responsibility for proving shipment on our end.
